Nectarine Salsa
This salsa is bright, fresh and delicious, perfect for summertime. It’s scrumptious by itself or served with chips or as a topping to tacos or fish. It’s the perfect summer dish to share.
Kitchen Items:
1 medium bowl
Ingredients:
1 pineapple, sliced & diced
2 small nectarines, diced (if you want more, add more)
½ cup chopped cilantro
½ cup red onion, diced (about ½ medium onion)
5 drops Lime essential oil
2 drops Cilantro essential oil
1 seeded & diced jalapeño, if desired
3 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Allow salsa to sit and chill for at least four hours before eating to allow time for maximum flavor.
Serve with chips, over fish tacos or as a tangy fruit salad all on its own.
