This salsa is bright, fresh and delicious, perfect for summertime. It’s scrumptious by itself or served with chips or as a topping to tacos or fish. It’s the perfect summer dish to share.

Kitchen Items:

  • 1 medium bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 pineapple, sliced & diced

  • 2 small nectarines, diced (if you want more, add more)

  • ½ cup chopped cilantro

  • ½ cup red onion, diced (about ½ medium onion)

  • 5 drops Lime essential oil

  • 2 drops Cilantro essential oil

  • 1 seeded & diced jalapeño, if desired

  • 3 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.

  2. Allow salsa to sit and chill for at least four hours before eating to allow time for maximum flavor.

  3. Serve with chips, over fish tacos or as a tangy fruit salad all on its own.
