Add to a cup:

- 1 drop Lemon

- 1 drops Oregano

- 1 drop Tea Tree

- 1 drop Peppermint

- Top off with fractionated coconut oil

Add 1 drop of each to a mug. Top with steaming water. Cover your eyes. You may cover your head with a towel.

Breathe in deeply through your nose for approximately five minutes. You will feel your nasal passages begin to clear.

Pro tip: Apply DigestZen or Breathe to the bridge of your nose after using the steamer.
